As a small business we currently deliver to UK, Rep. Ireland and a few EU Countries, USA & Canada.

We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For Service (where available)

Please Note : We are not responsible for your countries import or customs taxes

All shipping times below exclude UK & ROI Bank Holidays

UK - 2 - 4  Working days 

​

Ireland - Allow 10+ Working Days

​

USA & Canada - Allow 15+ Working Days for Customs clearance

​

EU - Allow 10+ working Days

All shipping times are subject to change, once a parcel leaves us delivery time is completely out of our control, strike actions may also affect delivery times

We will provide a Tracking Number for you to check your orders progress.

​Our products are made to order and we will try to ship your product as quickly as possible. Although due to a high volume of orders, time taken to hand make, pack and dispatch it can take up to four weeks to ship.

​We are happy to accept items back for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your products.

Please note, that we can only accept items if they are still in the original condition and are not damaged or worn. We will sadly refuse the refund requested if item is not in the same condition it left us.

We strongly suggest you measure your dogs neck and read our size guide as we do not accept a refund/return for wrong sizes. 

We strongly recommend that items are returned using ‘a signed for’ mail service with proof of delivery.
